Chi Kung Program
The WT-ChiKung is the EWTO program dedicated to health, relaxation, and body awareness, developed to improve the quality of life of every practitioner.
It is based on the union of static and dynamic exercises, controlled breathing, and movements derived from WingTsun, creating a complete and harmonious workout.
Program Structure and Content
The program includes:
- Energetic loosening exercises – which awaken the body and activate energy circulation (Chi).

The ChiKung form – a sequence of movements that warms up the entire body and improves torso mobility.
The most beneficial elements of traditional WingTsun forms (Siu Nim Tau, Cham Kiu, Biu Djie) are reinterpreted here for therapeutic purposes.
- Body unity exercises – involving entire muscle chains and joints to develop global and harmonious strength.
- Gentle stretching cycles – to release tension and correct muscle imbalances.
- Individual and partner sensory-motor exercises – to improve coordination, perception, and motor control.

Breathing and final relaxation – to release remaining tensions and restore balance between body and mind.

How to Practice
No particular talents or athletic preparation are required.
The exercises are modular and can be adapted to individual needs: you always work at your own “personal well-being level”, alternating simple or more challenging variations.
No equipment or special clothing is needed: just a few square meters, a bit of tranquility, and the desire to dedicate yourself to yourself.
Who can practice WT-ChiKung
The program is open to all:
- absolute beginners;
- martial arts practitioners who wish to complement their training;
- people seeking a regenerating and anti-stress activity;
- those who want to improve posture, balance, and mental serenity.

The Ideal Complement to WingTsun
WT-ChiKung is the perfect complement to WingTsun instruction:
while WingTsun teaches how to defend yourself from others, ChiKung teaches how to take care of yourself.
The two disciplines thus form a complete system for the physical, mental, and energetic development of the individual.
