Kids Wing Tsun Program

Kids-WingTsun is a growth program for children aged 5 to 12, combining fun, movement, and educational values.
Each lesson is structured to foster the child's physical, mental, and behavioral development in a safe, motivating, and stimulating environment.

How a lesson is structured

Each session follows a precise yet dynamic structure:

• Warm-up and movement games – to improve coordination, balance, and reactivity;
• Self-defense exercises – simple, practical, and age-appropriate, to teach how to react to provocations, bullying, or unwanted physical contact;
• Role-playing (Rollenspiel) – simulated situations that help children react correctly to insults, pushes, challenges, and requests for help;
• Theoretical session – addressing topics such as respect, courtesy, attention, and discipline;
• Relaxation and final greeting, to conclude each lesson calmly and positively.
  
  

A progressive and personalized method

The EWTO program for children is divided into phases and levels, allowing each participant to learn step by step, respecting their own growth pace.
Through small goals, recognition symbols, and practical activities, children develop self-confidence and the ability to constructively manage every situation.
